Read your dashboard
What every number on your Dashboard means, how they relate, and what to check when they look off.
The Dashboard tab is your funnel at a glance. Use the period selector (7d / 30d / All) to set the window; cards compare against the previous period ("Last 7 days vs previous 7").
The KPI cards
- Qualified & connection sent — people who matched your ICP and were sent a connection request. This is your outbound volume.
- Connection accepted — prospects who accepted your request. Shown with a conversion rate: accepts ÷ requests sent. This is your first quality signal.
- Message sent — prospects who were sent a message after connecting.
- Replied — replies received, also shown with a conversion rate. This is the number that turns into meetings.
Each card shows the current period's total and the previous period's value, so you can see trend, not just level. Hover a card's tooltip for its exact definition.
The Outcome Funnel
The funnel shows the same journey end to end: Sourced → Qualified & connection sent → Accepted & message prepared → Replied, with conversion between stages. It narrows at every step — that's the shape of prospecting, not a problem. What "good" conversion looks like at each step is covered in timeline and benchmarks; the levers to improve them are in improve your results.
Daily activity
Below the funnel, Daily activity shows a card per day with connections, messages, and replies, plus today's status (Scheduled, Running, Paused, Completed). Two useful habits:
- Click a day to jump to Leads filtered to that day — you'll see exactly who was touched, with a pill in the header to clear the filter.
- Glance at the connection indicator (top right of the dashboard): Running is healthy; Disconnected means your LinkedIn session needs attention — see reconnect LinkedIn.
Common questions
What is a good conversion rate between stages?
Depends on your market, offer, and profile — which is why we keep the honest numbers in one place: timeline and benchmarks. As a reading rule: judge accept rate and reply rate over weeks, not days; day-to-day swings are noise.
Why is "Sourced" so much bigger than everything else?
Sourcing casts wide on purpose; qualification then filters hard. A big gap between Sourced and Qualified means your agent is being selective — that's healthy. If it feels too selective, review your targeting.
The dashboard doesn't match what I see on LinkedIn right now.
Your dashboard updates in real time as accepts and replies come in, so it shouldn't trail LinkedIn. If a number still looks off, it's usually because LinkedIn and the dashboard count different things — see dashboard vs LinkedIn.
Today shows zero. Is it broken?
Usually no — warm-up, weekly limits, or scheduling can all mean a quiet day. Work through no activity today, or ask your Ninja: "What's new this week?"
Can I filter the dashboard to one flow?
Yes — if you run more than one flow, a flow selector appears at the top and scopes every number, and carries over to the Leads tab.
