Setup checklist

Everything you do once — from signing up to your agent's first outreach — and how to confirm you're set up correctly.

Short answer: if you finished onboarding, you're done

If you completed signup and saw the "You're all set!" screen, there is nothing left to configure. Your agent is already working in the background. You don't need to keep the app, a browser tab, or your computer open — ever.

The setup path, step by step

  1. Tell us about your business. During signup you enter your email, your website, and a plain-language description of your ideal customer (for example: "CTOs at SaaS companies, 50–500 employees, based in France"). This becomes your ICP — the targeting your agent sources and qualifies against.
  2. Preview your leads and choose a plan. You'll see sample leads that match your targeting, then choose a plan to start.
  3. We build your agent. This takes a few minutes: we write your outreach strategy and set up your flow. You just watch the progress screen.
  4. Connect your LinkedIn. A one-time step using the Chrome extension. Full walkthrough: Connect your LinkedIn. Note: outreach runs from your personal LinkedIn profile, not a company page.
  5. Done. Your agent starts sourcing people who match your ICP. From here, everything runs on its own.

"Am I set up correctly?"

A 30-second check, all inside the app:

  • Dashboard opens normally. Numbers at zero on day one are expected — sourcing comes before sending.
  • No banner at the top of the app. A banner only appears when something needs you (for example, LinkedIn needs reconnecting). No banner means you're good.
  • The Flow tab shows your targeting. Skim your ICP. If anything looks off, tell your Ninja — changes apply to future sourcing.
  • Leads start appearing in the Leads tab — usually within your first day. People show up as Sourced, then Qualified or Not qualified.

If all of that checks out, you're set up correctly.

Do I have to do anything day to day?

Almost nothing. By default your agent runs in review mode: it prepares every message and waits for your approval in the Leads tab — nothing goes out without you. So your one recurring job is approving drafts in To Review. If you switch to auto mode in the Flow tab, even that is handled for you.

And no — the web page does not need to stay open for your agent to prospect. It works server-side, around the clock, whether you're logged in or not.

What happens next

You don't need to do anything else — your agent takes it from here. The first days are deliberately quiet: it starts with warm-up, ramping volume gradually to keep your LinkedIn account safe, then settles into a steady daily rhythm of sourcing, qualifying, and sending connection requests.
